I am so glad you are here. you are welcome right here, in this little corner of the internet. May you leave this website with a new perspective. a better one. But I assure you that none of these words are from me, it is simply Jesus shining right through me, so let all the glory be to God.

So. Just so you can get to know about the face behind these words on your screen... here's a little bit about me.




my name is abigail rose. rose is just my middle name, but I like to include it. I'm sixteen, and I love to write. especially about things I'm passionate about. one of the things I'm super passionate about is my relationship with Jesus, what He has done and is doing in my life, and so much more. 

Some of my favorite things to do are...

hike, watch sunsets, read educational books, play my violin, ukulele, piano, and guitar, watch movies friends, go thrifting, jam to 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s music, drink coffee, practice my photography skills, spend too much time in the library, play badminton, lead the youth worship at church, and more.

The Truth I'm Standing On.

  My rock, my shield, my firm foundation, I know I will not be shaken, you remind me where my help comes from this is the truth I’m standing on. [Truth I’m Standing on] by Leanna Crawford Wassup guys. I am honored to share a lesson that God has been teaching me lately, right where he placed me.  Right where he planned for me to be before I was formed in my mother’s womb [psalm 139:16]. How ground-breaking is that truth?  That alone would be enough for y’all to sit and chew on. Anyway... let’s get to the heart of this message. Christ makes the difference.

For anyone who...  is struggling in their quiet time with God & having discipline in many, if not all areas of their life, doesn’t know where to start in reading the bible Feels overwhelmed//confused when it comes to reading the bible ...this post is for you.  I TOTALLY get you. You are not alone. I have struggled with all of these things, and am still learning that Christ’s grace is enough for me (2 Corinthians 12:9). So. Let’s jump right in, shall we? A lesson I’ve learned several times is how to CONSISTENTLY spend time with Jesus. I have struggled and still struggle with making time for the Lord. I’ve lost discipline and the drive to get up every morning, and I’ve also forgotten the importance of dying to your flesh every morning, truly putting Jesus first, and inviting him into every area of your life, not just one.  We can’t live a fruitful, joyful life without Jesus. “I am the vine, you are the branches.
